All financial transactions on the wenph platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). wenph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following approved payment methods:
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed in your wenph Account dashboard at the time of the transaction request.
All withdrawals are subject to KYC verification. wenph reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the wenph platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any wenph content without prior written consent from wenph.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, wenph's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the wenph platform shall not exceed the total amount of Funds held in your wenph Account at the time the claim arises.
wenph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the wenph platform, even if wenph has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
wenph does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. wenph will use reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Nothing in these Terms limits wenph's liability for death or personal injury caused by wenph's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

Upon termination of your Account for breach of these Terms, wenph may, at its sole discretion, forfeit any Funds remaining in your Account, including bonus balances and pending withdrawals, to the extent permitted by Philippine law.
You may close your wenph Account at any time by contacting wenph support. Upon voluntary closure, any verified Funds remaining in your Account will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
wenph reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, wenph will notify registered Players via the email address or mobile number associated with their Account, and will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date.
Your continued use of the wenph platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the wenph platform and close your Account before the amended Terms take effect.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to wenph's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authority or court of competent jurisdiction in Metro Manila, Philippines.
Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its rights pending resolution of a dispute.
